Adult social workers are being asked to share their experience at work in a new national survey aimed at improving job satisfaction in the sector.
The government-led research, launched in collaboration with Skills for Care, Ipsos, and The University of Kent, hopes to improve the support available to adult social care staff.
They are keen to hear from as many people as possible to ensure new policies are well-informed and will genuinely bring about positive change.
Participants will be asked about their role and how it impacts personal well-being, as well as any other relevant experiences about working in health and social care.
